9 April 2020: Northern Arc site activity update
Homes England is adhering to Government guidance on Coronavirus (COVID-19) and is supporting Government at this difficult time. Homes England is open for business and continuing to invest in its development pipeline, which will help to give the housing sector some certainty as it rebuilds its capacity.
At the Northern Arc, all non-essential site activity temporarily paused at the end of March 2020. Only time critical site activity remains underway, including some tree, ecology and land remediation works which are being carried out in line with Government guidance. Additional controls have been put in place to protect both site operatives and the general public. Countryside Properties will resume construction at Freeks Farm as soon as they are able.
