Residents invited to shape Brookleigh employment proposals as community engagement begins
The Brookleigh project team and Arcus Property Development are set to launch a period of community engagement on its new employment development known as Arcus Park, prior to submitting a Reserved Matters planning application later this year.
Brookleigh will play an important role in the future of Burgess Hill, bringing new homes, jobs and investment to support the town as it grows.
By combining homes, workplaces and local services together across Brookleigh, it will help create a stronger local economy that benefits both new and existing communities.
The detailed proposals – which have been developed in accordance with the approved Brookleigh Design Guide - seek to deliver an attractive, accessible and sustainable employment destination, providing a range of commercial, office and industrial units, designed to drive investment and provide job opportunities in the town.
Community engagement
The Arcus team will be holding a community engagement programme, which will run from Monday 28 September to Friday 16 October.
This will include a community drop-in event on the following date, to provide residents the opportunity to view the emerging detailed designs, meet the team and put forward their views:
